100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back*. We offer 14 days return on all orders (except “customized/personalized made to order” items). Everything listed here has been very carefully selected and we hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you have any problem, we will accept returns subject to email notification within 24 hours after you have received the item. Please make sure that all returns would be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Returns must be sent via a track-able insured method. Replacements will be exchanged or refund once we receive the goods in its original packaging and re-salable condition. For all international shipping outside the USA, all the custom duties and import taxes will be paid by the buyers/customers. The return postage costs will be paid by the buyers. Shipping costs are none-refundable.

Please find the following return guidelines:
- Please write to us via email lilytreacypearl@gmail.com for a Return Authorization before sending out your package.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, in its original packaging.
- Accepted returns will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price (shipping is not refunded).
- A $10 restocking fee will be charged on returned items for orders that were sent with free shipping.
- Any jewelry that has been modified in any way, personalized, or "made to order" (MTO) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Returned rings that have been resized from our standard 6.5 size will have a $35 fee for returning the ring to its original condition. The original fee for ring sizing is not refundable either.
- For all the international orders, Lily treacy LLC will not be responsible for the item that being held at the customs in the buyers country because of uncleared customs. Refund will not be issued until the seller receives the item back in it's original packaging and Resaleable conditions.
Lily Treacy LLC is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or uninsured packages in the return process.
Please note: computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen. We can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the photographs you see.
